Events
Create an event
Publish an event with details, media, and ticketing options.
Events are created from your organization dashboard in the Motivz mobile app. You can publish free RSVP events, sell paid tickets, or link to an external ticketing provider.
Open your organization dashboard
Go to the Create tab → Dashboard while operating as your organization.Start event creation
Tap Create Event. If you have not accepted organizer ticketing terms yet, Motivz prompts you before continuing.

Add basic information
Enter the event title, start and end date/time, venue name, full address, and music genres. Upload a poster image so the event stands out in the feed.Add details
Write a description, add lineup DJs if applicable, and configure any additional event settings shown in the form.

Choose ticketing mode
Select one of three options:- RSVP (free) — guests RSVP in the app; no payment required. No Stripe setup needed.
- Ticketing (paid) — sell through Motivz. Requires payouts enabled and at least one ticket type. See Sell tickets.
- External link — paste a URL to Eventbrite or another provider. No Stripe setup needed.

Publish
Review your event and publish. Attendees can discover it in the app and on the web depending on visibility settings.
