Scan tickets at the door
Check in attendees with QR codes from the Motivz mobile app.
Use the built-in QR scanner to check in attendees at the door. Each valid ticket has a unique code; scanning marks it as used and prevents duplicate entry.
Open Ticket Scanning
From your organization dashboard, tap Ticket Scanning.Grant camera access
Allow camera permission when prompted. The scanner needs the camera to read QR codes.Select your event
Choose the event you are checking in. Only upcoming or active events for your organization appear in the list.

Scan a ticket
Point the camera at the attendee's QR code (from the Motivz app or confirmation email). A preview sheet shows ticket holder and tier before you confirm check-in.

Confirm check-in
Confirm to record the check-in. Already-scanned tickets show an error. Tickets with a pending refund request cannot be used for entry.
