View the ticket list
Search attendees, filter by check-in status, and check in from the roster.
The ticket list (attendee roster) shows everyone with a ticket for an event. Use it to see who has arrived, search for a guest by name, or check someone in manually — alongside or instead of the QR scanner.
Open the ticket list
Choose either entry point:- Ticket Scanning → select your event → tap Ticket list in the bottom bar
- Open an event from your dashboard → Manage → Tickets tab

Scanner vs ticket list
- QR scanner — fastest when guests have their phone or email QR ready at the door.
- Ticket list — best for name lookups, VIP lists, troubleshooting, or checking who is still outside.
