View the ticket list

Search attendees, filter by check-in status, and check in from the roster.

The ticket list (attendee roster) shows everyone with a ticket for an event. Use it to see who has arrived, search for a guest by name, or check someone in manually — alongside or instead of the QR scanner.

  1. Open the ticket list

    Choose either entry point:
    • Ticket Scanning → select your event → tap Ticket list in the bottom bar
    • Open an event from your dashboard → Manage Tickets tab

  1. Review summary counts

At the top, see Total, Checked-in, Not checked-in, and the check-in rate for a quick head-count before doors open or at peak arrival.
  2. Search and filter

Use the search field for name, email, username, or ticket code. Filter with All, Not checked-in, or Checked-in to focus on who still needs entry. Tap refresh to reload after new sales or check-ins.

  1. Read a ticket row

Each row shows the ticket holder, purchaser (if different), ticket tier, check-in status, and ticket code. Tap the code to copy it to the clipboard.
  2. Check in from the list

Tap a row to open the same preview sheet used by the scanner. Confirm check-in for valid tickets. Already checked-in tickets show their status; refund-pending tickets cannot be used for entry.

Scanner vs ticket list

  • QR scanner — fastest when guests have their phone or email QR ready at the door.
  • Ticket list — best for name lookups, VIP lists, troubleshooting, or checking who is still outside.
