Guest lists

How guest list requests work for attendees at your events.

Some events offer a guest list in addition to or instead of public ticket sales. Attendees request access from the event page; organizers review requests separately from paid ticket sales.

  1. Attendee requests guest list

    On the event detail screen, if guest list is available, the attendee taps the guest list option and submits a request with group name, party size, and optional table preference.

  2. Request is pending

    The request is stored with pending status until an organizer approves or declines it.

  3. Organizer review

    Organization members with event management permissions can review guest list activity from the organization dashboard and event management tools. Approved guests are notified through the normal Motivz notification flow.
